failed to connect to server

Running the .exe gives: failed to connect to server
Running rag or sak gives: ??????????? ????????????? ?????????????
Reinstalling gives no results, virus scanner is clean.
All ports are opened needed to connect, compatibility is on plus run as admin.
Other private servers fail aswell.
Reseted the router restarted the pc and took away the opposing router.
Currently running a registry fix, and if all else fails a roll back.
And if even that fails I'm reinstalling my OS

Anyone experienced something alike in the past? tell me how you fixed it.

Disabled it still didn't work, i had a rollback and now i'm installing rag and sak freshly because I didn't have it at the date i rolled back to.

Edit: yesh I am back in action, rag is currently patching so i'm good to go in a bit.

Apparently it was some virus that screwed up some settings before it got deleted by avast.

April Fools, wasn't a virus.

If it doesn't work after this, you might want to OS reinstall, or using some heavy virus-removal programs. It could be a srsface virus.

It already works, before i was unable to patch nor get an Google talk but now I can.
I am just waiting for all the patches to be finished and then i'm ready to roll.
